Boarding Requirements & Policies
The following policies and requirements must be met to board with us:
- Please read, initial, date and sign the GUEST PROFILE & BOARDING AGREEMENT. This must be submitted prior to arrival.
- Proof of current vaccinations for dogs: DHPP, Rabies, and Bordetella.
- Bordetella MUST current or administered at least 2 weeks PRIOR to boarding and no cough present!
- Proof vaccinations for cats: FVRCP and Rabies.
- Puppies at 6 months and over MUST have all required series of DHPP prior to boarding. Copies of vaccination records will be kept in guest files.
- Fecal check for intestinal worms, including Giardia, and treated if positive prior to boarding.
- Females are not permitted to board during heat cycles.
- Flea & tick prevention (ask your vet to check for fleas and get your pet's weight during your vet visit prior to boarding).
- We REGRET due to insurance reasons, we cannot accept Pit Bulls or Pit Bull mixes.
- Scheduled Appointments are necessary.
- All dogs must be in good health and not have stitches or bandages.
- All dogs must have a leash, collar and a name tag. No flea collars, please. Our personnel will escort your dog to and from the reception area on its leash.
- We will not accept any dog that has recently had surgery (within the past 3 weeks), or has stitches. Incisions must be completely healed.
- These boarding requirements are in place in order to keep your pet, other guests, and our staff safe and healthy!
Cancellation Policy
- Scheduled boarding reservations must be cancelled 24 hours PRIOR to scheduled boarding date to avoid a cancellation fee of $25.
